• Non-Refundable Booking Fees: All academy course booking fees (formerly known as deposits) are 100% non-refundable. This fee covers the immediate administration costs of reserving your exclusive training date, scheduling your educator, and pre-ordering any training kits.
• Workshop Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your workshop date, you must notify the academy at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date. If proper notice is given, your booking fee and any paid tuition will be transferred over to the next available, mutually agreed training date. Requests to reschedule made with less than 7 days' notice will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and your booking fee will be strictly forfeited.
• Workshop Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your enrolment at any time, or if you fail to attend your training day, you will completely lose your booking fee.
• Balance Due Date: The final remaining balance of your tuition is due on the day of your training. If the balance is not completed prior to the start of class, your workshop will be cancelled on the spot and your booking fee will be permanently lost.

To ensure you get the absolute most out of your training, our workshops feature both comprehensive live demonstrations and hands-on practical application.

Instructor Demonstrations: Romy Olivia Academy will always provide the live models for the step-by-step instructor demonstrations. You will be able to watch the techniques performed live up close.

Student Practical Practice (Optional but Recommended): Working on a live model during your practical training session is completely optional. You have two choices for this portion of the workshop:

• Bring Your Own Model: You are highly encouraged to bring your own model to practice on, as this allows you to follow up with them later for touch-ups and monitor their healing and retention progress.
• Academy-Provided Model: If you are traveling from out of town or cannot source a model, the Academy can provide one for you to practice on. You must notify us at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop date if you need us to source a model for you.
• Backup Protocol: While the Academy makes every effort to secure reliable models for students who request them, we cannot completely guarantee a volunteer model's attendance. In the rare event an Academy-provided model fails to show, the student will practice on high-quality latex skin/mannequin heads to complete their practical hours.

• Non-Accredited Upskilling Only: All masterclasses, workshops, and advanced training modules offered by Romy Olivia Artistry are strictly designed for advanced upskilling and professional development. These courses are intended to teach specialized, proprietary techniques to refine your current skills. They do not provide foundational accreditation, licensing, or regulatory certification.
• Strict Prerequisite Requirement: To attend these advanced workshops, students must already hold a valid foundational certificate or professional license (e.g., Brow Styling, HD Brows, College Level 2/3 Beauty) from an accredited institution.
• Student Liability & Insurance: It is the sole responsibility of the student to ensure they meet their local country, county, or council regulations to perform these services legally. Romy Olivia Academy is not responsible for verifying your local licensing laws. We highly recommend checking with your current professional insurance provider to confirm that adding this advanced upskilling technique to your repertoire is covered under your existing policy.
• Proof of Qualification: We reserve the right to request proof of your foundational certificate prior to the start of the workshop. Failure to provide valid proof when requested will result in the immediate cancellation of your enrolment without a refund.

Our academy workshops operate on a strict, packed schedule to ensure we cover all theory, live demonstrations, and practical practice. If you are running late on your workshop day, please text or call the academy immediately.

We offer the following grace periods based on your course format:

• For Half-Day Workshops (3.5 Hours): We allow a maximum 20-minute grace period.
• For Full-Day Workshops: We allow a maximum 30-minute grace period.
• Missed Time: If you arrive within the grace period, the training will still finish at the originally scheduled time. We cannot extend the class to make up for lost time.
• Exceeding the Grace Period: Arriving past the 20 or 30-minute grace period will result in your immediate removal from the class. You will forfeit your entire tuition fee, and your seat will not be refunded or rescheduled.

All workshops at Romy Olivia Academy are strictly structured as private, exclusive, one-to-one days. Because this day is completely customized to your learning pace and requires your absolute focus, no additional guests, children, or spectators are permitted in the academy during your training.

• Undivided Attention: Your tuition covers dedicated, uninterrupted access to your educator. Bringing an unapproved guest alters the training dynamic and disrupts the intensive educational schedule.
• Practical Session Exception: If you choose the option to bring your own live model for the practical practice portion of the class, your model is permitted to enter the academy only at their designated, pre-scheduled time slot. They must depart immediately once the practical session is concluded.
• Policy Enforcement: If you arrive at the academy with an unauthorized guest, they will not be permitted entry. Refusal to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your workshop, the forfeiture of your entire tuition fee, and no refund or reschedule will be issued.

All training manuals, physical or digital hand-outs, step-by-step graphics, video clips, and curriculum materials provided during your workshop are the sole intellectual property of Romy Olivia Artistry.

• Usage Restrictions: These materials are provided strictly for your individual, personal business use. You are strictly prohibited from copying, scanning, digitizing, reselling, or redistributing any part of our training materials.
• Teaching Ban: Enrolling in this masterclass does not license you to teach these proprietary methods. You are strictly prohibited from using Romy Olivia Academy's curriculum, manuals, or unique styling techniques to host your own training courses, workshops, or masterclasses. Legal action will be pursued for any copyright or IP breaches.
• Online Masterclasses & Digital Products: All digital courses, online masterclasses, and downloadable training materials are 100% non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Because these are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, you gain immediate access to our proprietary video content and intellectual property. By completing your purchase of an online masterclass, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to a refund or cancellation.

To protect our proprietary styling methods and maintain a safe, focused environment during live applications, the following rules apply:

• Theory & Demos: Video recording or voice recording of the educator during the theory lectures or live instructor demonstrations is strictly prohibited.
• Portfolio Building: You are highly encouraged to take high-quality photos and short video clips of your own hands-on work on your model for your portfolio and marketing purposes.
• Social Media: When posting work generated during your academy day online, you agree to tag our official page (@RomyOliviaArtistry / @RomyOliviaAcademy).

All masterclasses, workshops, and advanced training modules offered by Romy Olivia Artistry are strictly designed for advanced upskilling and professional development. The certificates issued upon completion are Certificates of Attendance only, which serve as proof that you have trained in our proprietary techniques. They do not provide foundational accreditation, licensing, or regulatory qualification.

In the rare event that Romy Olivia Academy must postpone or reschedule a training day due to instructor illness, sudden emergency, extreme weather, utility failure, or an act of God, you will be notified immediately.

Your booking fee and all paid tuition fees will be safely transferred to a mutually agreeable backup training date.

Romy Olivia Academy is strictly liable only for the value of the tuition paid and is not legally or financially responsible for any secondary losses incurred by the student, including but not limited to booked travel, flights, hotel accommodations, or lost salon revenue.

We recognize that severe medical crises, sudden high-risk illnesses, or unexpected family emergencies can occur. Because a private, one-to-one training day requires extensive preparation, kit logistics, and a massive block of the educator's schedule, the following strict guidelines apply to short-notice emergency changes:

• Emergency Rescheduling: If a verified emergency or high-risk medical event prevents you from attending your workshop with less than seven (7) days' notice, Romy Olivia Academy may, at its sole discretion, allow your non-refundable booking fee to be transferred to an alternative backup date.
• Mandatory Proof Requirements: To protect the academy from policy abuse, emergency exemptions will only be considered upon the submission of official, written documentation (such as a doctor's note, hospital admission slip, or official medical certification) validating the high-risk illness or crisis. This documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of the missed training day.
• No Refunds: Under no circumstances will a cash refund be issued for a workshop cancellation due to an emergency; the sole remedy offered will be a one-time date transfer, subject to management approval.
• Last-Minute Notification: Failure to notify the academy prior to the official start time of your class—regardless of the emergency—will automatically count as a "No-Show," and your entire tuition and booking fee will be permanently forfeited.

During the practical hands-on portion of the training, the student assumes full operational responsibility for the application of all treatments on their live model. Romy Olivia Academy acts strictly as an educational facility and provider of guidance. The academy, its staff, and Romy Olivia are not legally or financially liable for any physical injury, allergic reaction, or suboptimal aesthetic results caused to a live model by the student's hands-on work.

Romy Olivia Artistry & Academy reserves the right to adjust treatment and workshop pricing at any time to reflect rising product costs, inflation, or economic changes. While we honour pricing for appointments secured with an immediate booking fee, quotes given without a secured booking fee are subject to change.
